Analytics Engineer

The Analytics Engineer role is onsite in Victor, NY. The annual base salary range is $65,000–$80,000. The position reports to the Director, Corporate Finance & Business Analytics and supports Broadstone Net Lease’s modern, automated data platform. The role builds and maintains data pipelines, models, and APIs that support reporting, business analytics, and internal applications. Working with stakeholders, analysts, and business teams, the engineer turns business needs and manual processes into scalable, automated data products that support organizational decisions.

What you'll do

• Design dashboards, analytics, and scalable data products
• build and maintain automated pipelines using internal systems and external vendor APIs
• write and optimize SQL
• contribute to database design, schema and data modeling, and warehouse architecture
• validate AI-generated code
• integrate AI capabilities where needed
• evaluate infrastructure options
• partner with analysts and business teams to automate manual processes.

Why this role
