What you'll do

• Contact customers through methods set by management

• complete factory qualification and product training
• follow up with previous customers
• conduct test drives according to safety guidelines
• present purchase offers to management
• prepare and process sale paperwork
• deliver vehicles and collect amounts due
• process trade-ins as directed
• arrange and follow up on the first service appointment.
