What you'll do

• Oversee the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence.
• Review staffing at shift changes and assign or replace staff to meet patient-care needs.
• Conduct patient-care rounds, coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensure documentation, and supervise and evaluate evening and night-shift employees.
