What you'll do

• Partner with sales to understand customer objectives and decision criteria
• lead discovery sessions
• present platform capabilities and deliver tailored demonstrations
• adapt demonstrations to customer questions and needs
• translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
• configure demonstration scenarios, workflows, and data
• respond to functional, technical, integration, security, and implementation questions
• support RFPs, proposals, proof-of-concept activities, and workshops
• collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams
• capture customer feedback
• hand off sales work to implementation and customer success.
