Group Fitness Instructor

The Group Fitness Instructor role is an onsite position located in Minneapolis, MN, offering a pay range of $22.00–$42.00 per hour. This role supports the fitness department at Crunch Fitness by delivering high-quality exercise instruction to members. The primary purpose of this role is to lead safe and effective group exercise classes while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The instructor ensures that all club policies are followed and provides exceptional customer service to help members achieve their fitness goals.

What you'll do

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
