What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents
• conduct property tours
• follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
• process rental applications and lease documents
• assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident events
• respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
• maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market conditions
• support marketing and outreach
• maintain a clean leasing office and model apartment
• provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
