What you'll do

• Create and update vehicle title records
• verify state titling requirements
• understand DMV requirements, electronic and paper titles, and interstate transfers
• calculate sales tax
• resolve title errors
• generate delinquency reports and follow up to meet service-level agreements
• ensure compliance with company procedures
• coordinate with internal staff and external parties.
