What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activities
• communicate relevant information to leadership and client contacts.
