What you'll do
- Research Colorado family-law statutes, case law, and regulations
- draft and review petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
- manage client communications, appointments, and files
- coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties
- attend client meetings, hearings, and mediation as needed
- maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- support billing, timekeeping, and file management
- monitor changes in Colorado law and procedure.
