What you'll do

• Open and close the facility
• serve as the first customer contact
• manage vehicle check-in and inbound appointment calls
• present repair recommendations and digital vehicle inspection findings
• communicate repair status by phone and text
• help dispatch vehicles and coordinate workflow
• address customer concerns
• and support daily shop leadership as a keyholder.
