Employee Success Partner

Job overview

The Employee Success Partner role is based onsite in Westfield, MA, with regular travel among Viability programs and office sites. What you'll do

• Provide confidential individual coaching
• help employees work through workplace issues and develop problem-solving strategies
• identify professional development and advancement opportunities
• explain relevant policies and procedures
• support employees with performance evaluations, workplace relationships, feedback, and disciplinary processes
• connect employees with additional resources when appropriate.
