What you'll do

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• oversee resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and health monitoring
• ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
• serve as clinical liaison for residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain care plans and clinical documentation
• lead quality assurance and participate in audits and surveys
• train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• coordinate holistic care and maintain infection-control standards
• provide on-call support as needed and respond to emergencies or changes in resident status.
