What you'll do

• Set maintenance staff workloads and schedules
• evaluate staff and make hiring or termination recommendations
• manage maintenance department costs, staffing, budgets, schedules, and work plans
• provide technical support on maintenance projects
• prepare service estimates and reports
• develop policies and procedures with the President
• negotiate subcontractor contracts and inspect work
• oversee preventive maintenance and records
• recommend equipment replacement and evaluate new equipment.
