What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and coaching to counselors
• conduct individual and group therapy
• complete required counseling sessions
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• oversee case management and coordinated follow-up
• collaborate with community providers and respond to crises
• support clinical programs
• ensure accurate and complete records
• conduct peer chart reviews
• monitor service quality and compliance
• lead weekly supervision and treatment team meetings
• mentor and train counselors
• support professional development and community partnerships.
