What you'll do

• Oversee daily branch operations, cash controls, security, compliance, opening and closing, overrides, and issue resolution. Coach and supervise frontline staff
• resolve escalated member concerns
• reinforce needs-based sales and service behaviors
• monitor branch performance metrics and follow up on gaps
• communicate insights to branch leadership
• support organizational initiatives and travel between branches as needed.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of progressive retail banking or credit union experience; prior lead, supervisory, or assistant management experience is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
