The Program Manager, Organizational Development and Workforce Training role is onsite in Lanham, MD, with work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $60.09–$72.10 per hour. The position is contingent upon contract award and will lead a multi-year training program for a public water utility client. The manager serves as the program’s single point of accountability, coordinating training task orders from request through closeout and acting as the primary liaison to the client’s contract administrator. The role supports reliable delivery through integrated scheduling, personnel direction, quality controls, reporting, and subcontractor oversight; travel within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties is required.

What you'll do

• Acknowledge training requests within three business days and lead written task-order proposals
• maintain an integrated schedule across departments
• direct contract personnel and ensure work has written authorization and a Notice to Proceed
• deliver evaluations, training reports, and badges or certificates within 30 business days
• operate the contract’s ISO 9001:2015 quality system
• maintain MBE/SLBE retention at or above 60%, report payments monthly, and pay subcontractors within 15 days
• manage background investigations and photo IDs
• obtain client approval before changes to Key Personnel.

Why this role
