What you'll do

• Coordinate daily Education program operations and staffing schedules
• audit compliance, staff records, ratios, policies, training, and licensing requirements
• lead new team-member onboarding
• support instructional guidance and evidence-based curriculum
• contribute to policies, operational plans, and quality assurance
• coach classroom practices and lesson planning
• conduct staff check-ins and evaluations
• audit health checks, classroom environments, and Brightwheel documentation
• support budgets, invoices, and vendor management
• assist with family engagement initiatives and events
• cover ECE office operations when the coordinator is absent
• attend team events, meetings, site visits, and at least two annual anchor events.

Why this role
