What you'll do

• Perform building and grounds maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• assist with installations and major repairs
• complete preventive maintenance, renovations, snow operations, and computerized work orders
• and respond to scheduled emergency calls.
