What you'll do

• Serve elders and guests
• take meal orders and clean tables after meals
• prepare and serve meals safely and appetizingly in compliance with dietary standards and procedures
• clean the kitchen, wash dishes, and return food to proper storage
• provide customer service
• follow infection-control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical-handling, fire, safety, and sanitation procedures
• ensure appropriate snacks are available for elders with special dietary needs.
