The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, with work supporting families around Bethesda and Montgomery County. Pay is $100–$110 per hour. Ahead ABA provides trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on cases and lead RBT support for training. The BCBA assesses children, develops treatment plans, supervises RBTs in the home, and coaches parents. The role supports client progress through individualized care and a manageable caseload.

What you'll do

• travel by car to see families around Bethesda and Montgomery County.
