What you'll do

• Manage a consistent weekly caseload
• conduct evaluations and assessments
• use DSM-5 to diagnose conditions
• provide counseling, case management, and referrals
• maintain comprehensive records and required paperwork
• participate in policy development meetings
• provide integrated care for co-occurring conditions.
