Manufacturing Production Team Lead – Food Processing

The Manufacturing Production Team Lead – Food Processing role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, and pays $23–$30 per hour. The role coordinates production workers on a food packaging line in partnership with the Line Supervisor. The team lead translates production plans into daily execution by supporting workers, equipment readiness, sanitation, material tracking, and quality records. This helps maintain efficient output, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Train and coach production workers

• set up, operate, and tend food packaging machinery
• handle rework when malfunctions occur
• clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas
• maintain inventory software and material tracking
• record production data during quality checks
