Workforce Development Specialist

Job overview

The Workforce Development Specialist role is onsite in Boise, ID, Monday–Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch. Pay is $29–$32 per hour. WGNSTAR provides services focused primarily on the semiconductor industry. The specialist develops and delivers environmental, health, and safety training and maintains related documentation and records. By tracking completion and performance data and keeping materials accurate, the role supports consistent training and compliance across the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and manage EHS training content, documentation, and records
• deliver instructor-led and virtual safety, health, and environmental training
• collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain accurate materials
• analyze and report training data
• manage document control and versioning
• track completion, attendance, and performance metrics using Excel and other tools.
