Site Solutions Manager – Underground Mining

What you'll do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and equipment performance projects at customer underground hard rock mine sites
• analyze machine health data, failure history, and component life to identify causes and recommend corrective actions
• develop fleet maintenance strategies
• coordinate troubleshooting with Wheeler teams
• communicate metrics and opportunities to CAT and customers
• build customer relationships
• create business intelligence tools
• participate in mine-site assessments
• travel to customer mine sites as required, including underground work.
