Mental Health Group Facilitator

The Mental Health Group Facilitator is an onsite role based in Oklahoma, providing virtual telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. What you'll do

• Complete all onboarding requirements within two weeks of start date
• meet monthly with the Group Quality Supervisor or Director
• respond to communications within 48 hours
• review curriculum prior to sessions
• facilitate groups for the full hour using best practices
• foster client engagement and camera-on culture
• participate in weekly treatment team meetings and bi-weekly group supervision
• maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• model professional ethics and boundaries.
