What you'll do

• Partner with Client Managers to understand hiring needs
• source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking
• write job descriptions and outreach messages
• contact and screen candidates
• conduct phone and video interviews
• present qualified candidates
• coordinate client interviews and feedback
• support offers through start dates
• maintain accurate ATS records
• build a candidate network
• collaborate with recruiting colleagues and leadership on recruiting strategies.
