Multifamily Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Multifamily Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $25–$28 per hour. Middleton Meyers provides multifamily property services and manages properties and projects for clients. The technician maintains apartments and community areas by completing service requests, preventive maintenance, repairs, and move-in preparations. This work supports resident satisfaction, safe and orderly properties, and the upkeep of the community.

What you'll do

• Respond to and complete service requests and preventive maintenance
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• maintain community appearance and work-area cleanliness
• identify and correct or report safety hazards and maintenance needs
• assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, notices, and inspections as needed
• provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
