Group X Instructor

The Group X Instructor role is onsite in Stafford, TX. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. The instructor supports group fitness programming at Retro Fitness and helps build member engagement and retention. The role delivers safe, engaging classes for members of different fitness levels. Through clear instruction, technique cues, and appropriate modifications, the instructor contributes to a positive member experience and a welcoming fitness community.

What you'll do

• Deliver scheduled group fitness classes, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down or stretching
• cue proper technique and offer modifications
• maintain a safe workout environment
• prepare music, equipment, and studio space before class
• engage with members
• track attendance and share participation trends with club leadership
• attend required meetings and training
• follow club policies
• participate in Team Clean duties as assigned.
