Business Performance Coach

Job overview

The Business Performance Coach role is full-time and onsite in Omaha, NE, with regular travel required at least once per month. Salary is $80,000–$90,000 per year. What you'll do

• Conduct structured one-on-one coaching and regular field or onsite visits
• set expectations for sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
• address underperformance and implement corrective action plans
• develop professional referral pipelines
• reinforce outreach, follow-up, and relationship-management standards
• establish and monitor financial benchmarks, KPIs, and performance standards
• bring field insights and barriers to the National Office and help shape tools, systems, and training.
