What you'll do

• Collaborate with global platform teams, customers, partners, and vendors
• evaluate platform roadmaps and service offerings
• design, implement, and optimize IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Terraform solutions
• document operational procedures and reusable patterns
• manage customer requests and platform adjustments
• monitor performance, observability, costs, and resource use
• implement security controls including RBAC
• support automation and AI-driven business solutions.
