What you'll do

• Follow food-safety, quality, regulatory, customer, and approved process requirements
• assist with roaster calibration and parameter verification
• coordinate employee assignments and production coverage
• maintain staging areas and allergen segregation
• manage roasting work orders and material readiness
• conduct inspections and process checks
• monitor and document process measurements
• troubleshoot and make authorized adjustments
• maintain roasting logs
• coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Scheduling, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Production Management
• train employees.
