What you'll do

• Prepare and bake artisan breads, pastries, cookies, muffins, bars, and other scratch-made goods
• scale, mix, shape, bake, and finish products consistently
• follow recipes, baker's percentages, weights, and production schedules
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area
• monitor ingredient and supply levels and communicate inventory needs
• meet production goals without compromising quality
• collaborate with bakery and cafe teams
• support the team as needed.
