What you'll do

• Manage daily dispatching, load planning, monitoring, and route utilization
• serve as a main customer contact
• oversee driver and personnel utilization, schedules, and DOT compliance
• coach drivers on retention, customer service, safety, and workers’ compensation management
• review load plans and prepare work and run schedules
• coordinate repairs and equipment maintenance
• monitor driver logs and fleet performance
• maintain and report KPIs
• confirm payroll
• manage customer communications and records
• plan backhauls and control costs.
