Detail Technician

Job overview

The Detail Technician role is onsite in Midland, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 7 a.m.–5 p.m. and 45–50 hours per week. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Betenbough Homes’ home-finishing work and its Welcome Home Celebrations. The technician completes and inspects final home details so assigned homes meet Betenbough’s quality standards and remain on schedule for handoff to buyers.

What you'll do

• Complete detail work in assigned homes, including caulking, paint touch-ups, minor texture repairs, and other corrections needed to meet quality standards. Inspect work for quality and completion, coordinate with the detail team to keep homes on schedule, and organize work to remain efficient and responsive. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be needed for trips, events, or deadlines
• minimal travel is required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
