HVAC Field Service Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily HVAC service department operations and technician scheduling
• coordinate service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance agreements
• lead, mentor, and provide hands-on technical support to technicians
• track productivity, staffing, workload, and labor costs
• review work orders, scopes, job progress, and billing
• address customer concerns
• partner with sales and management on purchasing, manpower planning, and priorities
• contribute to maintenance agreement pricing and service recommendations
• ensure compliance with applicable codes, permits, licensing requirements, and industry standards
• identify process improvements.
