What you'll do

• Assist with establishing and maintaining venture funds and completing target fund investments
• monitor investment performance
• prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• prepare investor notices for capital calls, fees, and distributions
• perform day-to-day fund accounting
• assist with applicable tax forms
• participate in fund-related projects
• support compliance with regulatory and fund-specific requirements
• collaborate with compliance, operations, and executive leadership.
