What you'll do

• Ensure prospective participant data and documents are complete in the CRM
• check new enrollment records for quality and deadlines
• support lead follow-up, inquiries, tours, and document retrieval
• track level-of-care evaluations and Medicaid submissions
• administer and support the CRM
• analyze enrollment data and develop reporting
• coordinate between Sales, Enrollment, Operations, and Eligibility and Financial Determination teams
• attend daily sales and enrollment meetings.
