What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff
• conduct routine and random patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the perimeter
• respond professionally to incidents

• report suspicious activity and hazards
• and maintain activity reports and incident documentation.
