What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering
• oversee planning, supply chain, quality, environmental health and safety, and logistics
• improve planning, scheduling, shop-floor execution, productivity, and workforce engagement
• implement operational processes and systems
• lead Lean Manufacturing, 80/20, and continuous improvement efforts
• support new product introduction and transition to production
• optimize ERP and supporting systems
• oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• maintain quality and compliance practices
• build and develop teams.
