What you'll do

• Perform commercial title searches using real estate land and tax records, GIS or tax mapping, and judgment searches
• prepare title research reports and supporting ownership-chain documents
• document the scope of each search
• review title reports
• verify legal descriptions
• manage multiple tasks and meet production and delivery standards
• travel locally to county courthouses to retrieve documents.
