What you'll do

• Oversee food and fund drive logistics
• manage at least one community food drive per quarter
• coordinate donation pickup and delivery
• supervise the Volunteer Coordinator
• set volunteer program priorities and standards
• lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, engagement, and evaluation
• oversee the Volunteer Center
• manage program budgets and certification
• plan volunteer recognition
• represent the organization at community events
• gather feedback and produce reports.
