What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils
• sort dishware and flatware carefully
• use chemicals in correct quantities
• operate equipment safely
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
• assist kitchen staff during shifts as needed
• perform light food preparation and cleaning.
