Donation Services Associate, County Line Store and Foxridge Donation Center

Job overview

The Donation Services Associate role is primarily onsite at the County Line Store in Littleton, CO, and may also work at the Foxridge Donation Center. Pay is $17.21 per hour. The role supports Goodwill of Colorado’s donation and retail operations. As a first point of contact for donors, the associate greets customers, helps unload and sort donations, and maintains safe, organized donation areas. The work helps route donated goods to the sales floor or other locations and keeps donation sites supplied and operating smoothly.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer product questions
• unload donations
• handle and sort items into appropriate bins or production areas
• inspect donations and determine whether they are suitable for the sales floor or shipment
• maintain clean and safe donation areas
• follow opening and closing procedures at remote sites
• track donation levels and communicate when a truck is needed
• assist drivers with loading and unloading when necessary.
