What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• change bed linens
• assist with ambulation and transfers
• record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption as assigned
• turn and position residents
• observe and report changes to the Charge Nurse
• support hydration and meals
• maintain housekeeping standards
• answer call lights
• assist with resident care and staff orientation as requested.
