What you'll do

• Support classroom relationships, routines, arrival and dismissal, and transitions
• facilitate Morning Meeting and manage lunch or recess blocks
• assist with whole-group instruction and lead small-group instruction
• prepare data-driven small-group plans
• follow student IEPs, 504s, and other support plans
• participate in preparation meetings and coaching
• monitor attendance and communicate with families
• support family events and conferences.
