Machine Operator

What you'll do

• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections according to proper techniques
• ensure cutting-die bolts are secured
• check anilox rolls for damage
• monitor board quality and report defects
• sort material as needed to keep the machine running
• cross-train on other machines as necessary
• complete reports accurately and on time
• submit maintenance work orders and proactively maintain equipment
• follow company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards
• adhere to production schedules and recommend schedule improvements.
