The Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. The full-time schedule is 40–55 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities; regional travel is required, typically 10 days per month. The stormwater team maintains infrastructure to help protect and improve water quality in local communities. The foreman plans and directs maintenance of stormwater assets while leading a crew of two to four. The role combines landscaping, light repairs, equipment operation, field documentation, and safety oversight to keep client properties and stormwater infrastructure maintained.

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure
• lead a crew of 2–4 and communicate and enforce safety regulations
• perform mowing, weed trimming, debris removal, grounds maintenance, cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs
• operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer
• prepare field reports using company systems
• travel from the shop to local and regional client sites.
