Inside Sales Manager

The role leads and develops the inside sales team, oversees customer account activity, and uses performance data and cross-functional coordination to improve customer retention, sales processes, and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and support inside sales and account management professionals
• coach performance and monitor productivity
• oversee pricing requests, order coordination, customer communication, and issue resolution
• identify account growth opportunities
• establish and evaluate performance metrics
• use CRM tools for forecasting, reporting, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement
• analyze sales and customer data
• collaborate with field sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance
• improve workflows and support sales technology adoption.
