Yard Customer Service Representative, Drive-Thru Lumber Yard

The Yard Customer Service Representative role is an onsite position in Sharon, MA. Pay is $17–$20 per hour based on experience. The full-time schedule includes some Saturdays from 7 a.m. to noon. The role supports Koopman Lumber’s drive-thru lumber yard and its customer-service operations. The representative assists customers and helps move orders and materials safely and accurately through the yard. The work contributes to efficient yard operations through order preparation, equipment use, receiving, returns, and upkeep of a clean and safe work area.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist with yard orders
• pull, stage, and load materials
• operate forklifts and yard equipment, with training provided
• load customer vehicles and delivery trucks
• receive and put away materials
• process returns
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• provide in-person and phone customer service.
