What you'll do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners
• conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, academic areas, residence halls, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to campus protocols
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• complete activity logs and incident reports and communicate during shift transitions.
